SHIPPING
We ship via USPS whenever it is viable. This includes all smalls (candlesticks, platters, etc.) as well as most lighting. Shipping and Handling will be added during checkout.
Unless otherwise specified, furniture is crated & shipped by art handlers. Shipping & Handling will be calculated after checkout and invoiced separately. If you require a shipping estimate before purchase please email us at sales@projectroom.la
RETURNS
All pieces are made to order, and most pieces are one of a kind, so we cannot accept returns.
EXCEPTION:
Lighting may be returned within 14 days of receipt only if the lighting components are defective. Incompatibility with existing lighting controls is not considered a defect.
Please contact us to provide information about your problem. If we approve a refund, it will be processed upon receipt of goods.
a note about “al”
As explained on the product pages, each AL piece is one of a kind, sculpted from aluminum foil and then sand cast in aluminum.
This is a good thing! You have a truly unique item, a work of art.
It also means that your item will not look like the photograph. Exchanges due to discrepancy from photographed items cannot be accepted.
